Abstract
ABSTRACT
This final project discusses the “Implementation of a lighting electrical installation system and a security protection system for the monitoring module in Room GE 309 of the Balikpapan State Polytechnic”. The main objectives are to ensure the lighting electrical installation system in Room GE 309 runs well and safely according to standards, as well as to implement an effective security protection system on the monitoring module. This research also aims to optimize the lighting intensity in Room GE 309 to meet the minimum standard of 500 lux for computer labs. The methodology includes literature study, field data collection, system design, and implementation. The results show that the lighting electrical installation system in Room GE 309 is running well and safely according to standards. The security protection system for the monitoring module has also been properly implemented to maintain the security and reliability of the system. The lighting intensity in Room GE 309 has been optimized to meet the required standards. This final project can serve as a reference for the development or implementation of lighting electrical installation systems, security protection systems, and optimization of lighting intensity in a room or building.

ABSTRAK
Tugas akhir ini membahas “Implementasi sistem instalasi listrik penerangan dan sistem proteksi pengamanan modul monitoring di ruang Gedung Elektro (GE) 309 Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan”. Tujuan utamanya adalah memastikan sistem instalasi listrik penerangan di ruang GE 309 Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan berjalan dengan baik dan aman sesuai standar, serta mengimplementasikan sistem proteksi pengamanan yang efektif pada modul monitoring. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengoptimalkan intensitas cahaya di ruang GE 309 Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan sesuai standar minimum 500 lux untuk ruang praktik komputer. Metodologi mencakup studi literatur, pengambilan data lapangan, perancangan, dan implementasi. Hasil menunjukkan sistem instalasi listrik penerangan di ruang GE 309 Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan telah berjalan baik dan aman sesuai standar. Sistem proteksi pengamanan modul monitoring juga diimplementasikan dengan baik untuk menjaga keamanan dan keandalan sistem. Intensitas cahaya di ruang GE 309 Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan telah dioptimalkan sesuai standar. Tugas akhir ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk pengembangan atau implementasi sistem instalasi listrik penerangan, sistem proteksi keamanan, dan optimalisasi intensitas cahaya di suatu ruangan atau gedung.
