Abstract

ABSTRACT

This final project is titled "Implementation of Solar Power-Based Garden Lighting in Kilometer 28 Samboja". The purpose of this research is to design and implement a solar power-based (PLTS) garden lighting system in the Kilometer 28 Samboja area. The research method used includes literature studies, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the PLTS-based garden lighting system designed can meet the lighting needs at the study site. This system consists of solar panels, batteries, mppt, and LED lights. Testing shows the system can light up for 5 hours a day with adequate light intensity. In addition, this system is easy to operate and simple to maintain, making it suitable for application in remote gardens that are not yet reached by the PLN power grid.

ABSTRAK

Tugas akhir ini berjudul "Implementasi Lampu Penerangan Kebun Berbasis Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya di Kilometer 28 Samboja". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem penerangan kebun berbasis pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS) di kawasan Kilometer 28 Samboja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penerangan kebun berbasis PLTS yang dirancang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penerangan di lokasi studi. Sistem ini terdiri dari panel surya, baterai, mppt, dan lampu LED. Pengujian menunjukkan sistem dapat menyala selama 5 jam setiap hari dengan intensitas cahaya yang memadai. Selain itu, sistem ini mudah dioperasikan dan perawatannya sederhana sehingga cocok untuk diterapkan di kebun-kebun di daerah terpencil yang belum terjangkau listrik PLN.
