ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA PEKERJAAN LANTAI KERAMIK PADA PEMBANGUNAN RUMAH TINGGAL CLUSTER PINEVILLE GRANDCITY KOTA BALIKPAPAN DENGAN PU/01/PRT/M/2022

ABSTRACT
One factor that must be considered in measuring labor performance is
productivity. Productivity is the decisive effort of a construction project. The value
of each worker's productivity will be different, it is due to many different
possibilities. The construction of the housing project was carried out by contractor
PT Muliawan Putra which there was a delay in the implementation of overall
architectural work which included ceramic pairs and ceiling pairs. Ceramic pair
work is one of the jobs that need to be considered about the level of productivity
because ceramic work cannot be done with machine power. Based on the results of
discussions with supervisors in the field, delays in the project occur because the
availability of raw materials for hollow frames in ceiling work is not available in
the project, so delays in one of the works can cause some other work to be late. This
delay will affect the duration of the project and the costs that must be incurred.
Work pressureis a major measurable factor in the success of a project.
The method used is a qualitative method, the qualitative method is used to
analyze the value of labor productivity in the field on floor tile installation work
and data collection techniques are interviews and observations of floor ceramic
installation work. Then the results of the analysis will be compared with
calculations using the Minister of Public Works Regulation Number
01/PRT/M/2022 which is used as a guideline for the study. Regulation
PU/01/PRT/M/2022 is a regulation regarding unit price analysis of work.
Productivity and labor costs for installing ceramic floors between analysis in
the field measuring 80x80 cm amounting to 16.74 m 2
and 16.24 m 2 with labor
wages of Rp 8,400 and Rp 8,680 and in installing ceramics measuring 60x60 cm
amounting to 11.03 m 2
and 12.60 m 2 with labor wages of Rp 12,740 and IDR
11,060, while according to the provisions of the Minister of Public Works
Regulation Number /01/PRT/M/2022 ceramics with a size of 80x80 cm of 10 m 2

day with labor wages of IDR 14,000 and ceramics measuring 60x60 cm of 11.11
m 2 with labor wages of IDR 12,600 . Where the 80x80 cm ceramic installation
work for productivity and labor costs in the field is smaller than the provisions in
the Minister of Public Works Regulation, The 60x60 cm ceramic installation work
in one of the workers in the field, namely Mr. Suyono, has a productivity value of
12.60 m 2
and wages worth Rp. 12,740 greater than the Minister of Public Works
Regulation Number /01/PRT/M/2022, which is worth Rp. 12,600.

ABSTRAK
Salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam mengukur kinerja tenaga kerja
adalah dengan produktivitas. Produktivitas merupakan upaya penentu suatu proyek
konstruksi. Nilai produktivitas setiap pekerja akan berbeda, Hal itu disebabkan oleh
banyak kemungkinan yang berbeda. Pembangunan proyek perumahan dilakukan
oleh kontraktor PT Muliawan Putra yang terdapat keterlambatan pelaksanaan
pekerjaan arsitektur secara keseluruhan yang meliputi pekerjaan pasangan keramik
dan pasangan plafon. Pekerjaan pasangan keramik adalah salah satu dari pekerjaan
yang perlu diperhatikan mengenai tingkat produktivitasnya sebab pekerjaan
keramik tidak dapat dikerjakan dengan tenaga mesin. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi
dengan pengawas di lapangan keterlambatan pada proyek terjadi karena
ketersediaan bahan baku untuk rangka hollow pada pekerjaan plafon tidak tersedia
di proyek, sehingga keterlambatan pada salah satu pekerjaan dapat menyebabkan
beberapa pekerjaan lainnya menjadi ikut terlambat. Keterlambatan ini akan
berpengaruh pada durasi proyek serta biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Tenaga kerja
merupakan faktor utama yang dapat diukur dalam keberhasilan suatu proyek.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, Metode kualitatif
digunakan untuk menganalisis nilai produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan pada
pekerjaan pemasangan keramik lantai dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah
wawancara dan pengamatan pekerjaan pemasangan keramik lantai. Kemudian hasil
analisis tersebut akan dibandingkan dengan perhitungan menggunakan Peraturan
Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 01/PRT/M/2022 yang digunakan sebagai
pedoman pada penelitian tersebut. Permen PU/01/PRT/M/2022 merupakan
peraturan mengenai analisis harga satuan pekerjaan.
Produktivitas serta biaya upah tenaga kerja pemasangan lantai keramik antara
analisis di lapangan ukuran 80x80 cm sebesar 16,74 m2
dan 16,24 m2
dengan upah
tenaga kerja sebesar Rp 8.400 dan Rp 8.680 dan pada pemasangan keramik ukuran
60x60 cm sebesar 11,03 m2 dan 12,60 m2 dengan upah tenaga kerja sebesar Rp
12.740 dan Rp 11.060, sedangkan menurut ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan
Umum Nomor /01/PRT/M/2022 keramik dengan ukuran 80x80 cm sebesar 10 m2

hari dengan upah tenaga kerja Rp 14.000 dan keramik ukuran 60x60 cm sebesar
11,11 m2
dengan upah tenaga kerja senilai Rp 12.600. Dimana pada pekerjaan
pemasangan keramik 80x80 cm untuk produktivitas dan biaya tenaga kerja
dilapangan lebih kecil dari ketentuan yang ada di Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan
Umum, sedangkan pada pekerjaan pemasangan keramik 60x60 cm di salah satu
pekerja dilapangan yaitu pak Suyono memiliki nilai produktivitas sebesar 12,60 m2
dan upah senilai Rp 12.740 lebih besar dari Permen PU yaitu senilai Rp 12.600.
